Things had calmed down lately on his routes and for that Firo was thankful for, lately Monster had been getting out a bit too frequent for his liking. So the calm and uneventful days were very good for him, allowing him a break from both changing and Monster's bugging. After all the creature got lose a few times and it seemed happy with that. True not happy with the fact it didn't get those hijackers to pay by attacking em but oh well, it seemed fine with what it got for the time being. The train was going on it's usual route, it was the middle of the day and they were somewhere out in the wilderness near Kansas. Trees, rocks, and dirt all around as the train kept going on the tracks. A glance out the window revealed all of this and nothing more. At least it was quiet, something the conductor had come to like about recent days. Sure he still talked to the passengers but quiet as in no loud noises and people being scared as they moved to a different car. So having things be calm was very welcoming and it was good for the passengers, some of them might be here to just enjoy a relaxing ride.
Walking down the center of the car, he smiled to some of the passengers that greeted him and he would wave back to them. One even tried to get him to sit down and take a break, while the thought of a break was a nice one he had to decline. The passenger kept trying to eventually they stopped but they did say that if he got tired he was welcome to taking the open seat in front of him. Firo thanked the passenger for the offer and started back on his way. Though he soon noticed someone who was sitting alone, he wasn't sure if they were just bored or if it was something else so he merely went over to make sure things were okay.
"Excuse me but is everything alright?" Firo asked the passenger.

Aneira didn't really know why she had bothered with a train, but she had a mix of being bored and just wanting to try something new as transportation. Not to mention, it was much faster then her wings and less tiring when she used her psionic energy manipulation which could prove to be mentally and physically exhausting. So it never hurt to find something that could just give you a little break from such things. And now here she was, taking a break from being on Genosha which was at the moment not the most lively of places and had become boring doing really nothing and everyone else seemed to be doing their own thing anyway.
Yawning softly, the demonic looking woman pulled her dark purple fedora down slightly over her face, her gaze towards the window and making it more difficult to see her true appearance. Her clothes also seemed to be directly more of a casual style, wearing short jean shorts and a jean jacket over a dark purple one strap shirt that was relatively plain. She also wore dark purple fingerless gloves, and her natural red hair, also dyed a lighter red for high lights, was pulled back in a braid that was over her shoulder. And the only real reason she sat alone was so she didn't have to be so close to any human passengers, most of which occupied this very train making her uncomfortable but not disgusted like most of her teammates likely would have been. Most of them made it clear how they despised humans though she just disliked them, mostly from the teachings of the Jean Grey School helping to alleviate some of the anger she held for the murder of her mother at the hands of humans. And of course, her father had never been around for all her mother told her was he had left shortly after her mother and him had a romantic retreat but it had been nothing but a week end fling, and thus she was there today.
But at the sound of the conductor's voice she merely shrugged her shoulders, "Everything is just fine good sir." She said before looking at him, showing her rather demonic looking appearance of red violet fur, brown pupil-less eyes, and pointed ears to just give it further effect. Her tail, which had been beside her flicked slightly. "No need to worry about me." She assured him kindly.

When the woman looked at him, he didn't react. He kept his kind smile and expression as he stood there. Listening to her words on how she was. Her appearance didn't frighten him, he believed he actually looked worse than she did when Monster was out.
"you're one of the passengers here, therefore I have every right to worry about one of my passengers." Firo replied before he took the seat across from her. "Are you positive nothing is wrong? I might not be able to really help but I can at least help you get it off your mind with words."

Aneira watched as Firo sat across from her, finding his concern rather unnecessary but who was she to argue with how the conductor felt. If it was his train, it probably would be inevitable so she really had no room to get annoyed or argue over the matter. But the concern he showed made her inwardly roll her eyes, having lost much feeling for sentiment a long time ago after the loss of her home and her mother back in England.
"Trust me nothing is wrong, except for all the humans on here but that's another story for a different time." Aneira said with a shrug, showing some disdain for humans but not as much as many other mutant likely would have openly shown disgust if they wanted to. "Though I don't suppose I could get a name from you at least handsome?" She asked with a smile, being the type to be a bit on the flirtation side, "Mine's Aneira Parvana."

"It's a train that accepts all on it, besides if it was just a human only train I wouldn't be here." Firo replied, revealing to her that he wasn't human. "I'm Firo Sternwall, it's a pleasure to meet you Miss Parvana."
Firo held out a hand to her and honestly he never saw himself as handsome. Sure he was more normal looking currently and perhaps that was a good thing. But he was sure ugly as Monster, a funny thing to admit his other form was most likely ugly on top of scary to some. Perhaps it wouldn't be scary to Parvana, after all she was a mutant too and she had to always look like this. She didn't look bad though, she had her own uniqueness and in her own way beauty. She certainly wasn't ugly in his mind.

Reaching out and shaking his hand, Aneira smiled a bit, "Nice to meet you Firo. I'd say it probably would match your hair though, as red as it seems." She said with a smile. But it did intrigue her to wonder if he too was a mutant, or some kind of genetically modified human. "Well then, I'd say you have much more patient then I do around so many, I'd sooner fly the entire way then be around them constantly." She told him, expressing some of her dislike though not exactly a hatred kind of feeling that was sometimes seen.
Honestly, she could sometimes tolerate most humans, so long as they didn't become hostile towards her or made offhanded remarks of her appearance. Like some red heads, Aneira lived up to having an annoyed, temper streak and wasn't afraid to defend herself against such things. "So, any idea where we going? I didn't really quite pay much attention to the destination." She inquired after a bit.

Oh? Honeslty Firo didn't see why his parents named him Firo, his hair couldn't have been this red when he was born. Besides if she really wanted to see it red, she would be pretty surprised when he was in his Monster form.
"I do have my bad days when I don't want to be around others, however I just focus on getting the task down and do my best to stay calm. I don't have too many problems but there are just some of those days." Firo replied. "We're currently heading towards Kansas, just to a very small town that's not really well known."

"Trust me I know that feeling, I came out this way to get away from Genosha for a while. Can't tell you how dull the place is right now since going there. Your lucky to have a concert or party going on just to lighten up the place." Aneira told him, knowing there were days that were bad and some were good, many times a bad day to her could count as doing nothing and being bored, something she grew to hate quickly when she sas use to so much activity and excitement. Albeit, a lot of that excitement wasn't exactly legal but it had also been a way to stay alive when she had no one and lost her mother, never knowing who her father was. So to do nothing for a time was her idea of a bad day and why she was even taking this train to try something new, and it had seemed interesting to take an old train as there weren't many around in modern times that she knew of.
Thinking their destination she gave a quick nod, "Maybe it'll prove to have something interesting going on then." She said, mostly to herself as she glanced at the cart that they were riding in, thinking for a few minutes before she spoke, "So, what led you to be a conductor Firo? And in a train you rarely see these days no less?" She inquired curiously, figuring learning a bit more about the man would never hurt, she certainly never had an issue in telling more of her past, some of it at least.

"I....I don't go to any of those....parties or concerts. Never been." Firo answered a tad nervous.
It was odd but the only party he was ever at was birthday parties and he knew that couldn't have been what she was talking about. A shrug left him when she said that something interesting could be going on there. There could be, he knew what life in a small town was like course that didn't mean this town was the same.
"I always loved these old trains....so did a good friend of mine. I always wanted to ride one and well, after I graduated High School I saw no reason why I couldn't make it a career choice. I mean very few people get to do what they love for a living, I'm glad I could do mine." Firo replied with a smile.

"Lighten up Firo, not all of them are like that, most though." Aneirs said to him, catching his nervous edge in his voice as she figured he definitely could be of the more innocent kind in some ways. She was use to such things but merely dropped the subject, knowing full well not everyone enjoyed such a life or went to concerts and all. But as she grew up that was the kind of life she lived, loved, and had learned from, had survived off of, made money and all. Though irony of it all that she never really had a career, a thought had never crossed her to take one up after she had left Xavier's and wound up eventually in the Brotherhood and lived on Genosha without the same concerns of that on many mainland countries. Being a mutant sometimes had its perks, especially when one could make use of blackmail and years of living in the "bad" side of the law.
"I see, you don't quite hear much about trains anymore, least not like this one. Everyone goes for the bullet trains these days, especially one in Tokyo I think it was." Aneira commented, leaning back in her seat slightly as she thought about it. "Never really ever had a career in mind honestly, I worked as an assistant detective for a few years but I left that the moment I found something else that was far more...appealing to my ideals." Aneira said, flicking her tail lazily as it hung off the seat, knowing it might surprise Firo as she hardly seemed the type to be a detective but it had seemed on job she enjoyed. Maybe she could someday employ it later on but for now she was satisfied being a villainous in some ways.
